Postby bravodeltafr » Fri Apr 26, 2019 4:37 pm

Hello,
I have a new P3D v4.5 with add-on A2A Cessna 172.
How not to have clouds and lights that are rectangular.
Thank you for your help !

Looks like some textures are corrupted but:

1st. Computer specs will help

2nd. Scenery/texture addons installed

3d. Is a fresh new install or a partial install over previous version?

Hi
Is there a relevance to the aircraft you mention? Or do you see these clouds whatever aircraft?

Hi,
Have you found a fix yet?
If not why don't you try a reinstall? What's to lose? In FSX bad clouds are often fixed by inserting disc and selecting 'repair' . I am not sure if P3D4 offers this option but worth looking into and a reinstall is no biggy.

Thank you for your answer.
I'm going to de-install an add-on (cessna 172 A2A), then P3D interly.
Then i'll re-install P3D...

Before such drastic stuff, have you fried to delete the P3D.cfg file?
When you next run the sim, it will be re-created.

Maybe it will, maybe it will not, but it just could be a quick fix.
