This gauge (use the 64-bit version in the package) replaces Doug's IPC gauge one-on-one.
All you need to do is change the panel.cfg definition.
NOTE: Requires VS C++ 2015 Redistributable.. See README in the package.

For some other used utility gauges, look at Dougs website:

Be carefull though: some gauges aren't directly compatible.
Like for XMLsound 64-bit (compared to the version in the UKMIL Harrier package) you need to change the panel.cfg file and the xmlsound.ini file (new volume definitions).
