Hi guys!
I tried the Tucano, but it seems that P3D does not like it : fatal crash each time I choose it

Works ok for me on v3 and causes no problem. Obviously it won't work on V4 but it has quite a nice VC and apart from the glass that should be more visible (it is there just too transparent in P3Dv3), not a bad little a/c.
It was designed by Brian Franklin who was a great designer in his day!

Just a small reminder to anyone who doesn't know. Only 'FSX Native' aircraft will work in P3Dv4 (they also work in FSX/other P3d versions but V4 requires only FSX Native models)

To know if a model is FSX native open the .mdl file (in the Model folder) with notepad

1st line you will see either:

MDLXMDLH = FSX native (which will work in FSX and ALL P3D versions)

or

MDL8MDLH = FS2004 model (which can work in FSX versions and up to P3Dv3.*)

Man, you are a fountain of information. This is extremely useful information, thanks very much!
