P3D v2.5 & AiCarriers2 Compatablilty.

Hi,

Has anybody here managed to get aicarriers2 working with P3D v2.5? I've tried installing it but I keep getting errors, something do with java? I do really miss carrier ops!

Also, as much as I'm loving P3D I do realy miss some of the flexibility of FSX, especially when I've had a hard landing (crashed!) & P3D reloads itself to it's default flight without having to create & save a new scenario everytime I fancy changing aircraft & location! (I hope that Lockheed addresses this in a future update!)

Cheers,

Keith.

I don't have, or use, aicarriers, so this is just general stuff.

Are you using internet explorer 11?

I ask because there is no way AT ALL to get Java working on it. I think that the same is true of Google Chrome. There are plenty of sites saying that you can though. :snooty:

I do have the latest Java loaded on Firefox. I would think that you'd need Firefox to be your default browser though.

If that doesn't work, you could try to remove 11 & reinstall 10. I did that about a year, or so, ago. As best as I can recall, it was a bit tricky.

On the other hand I can help with the crashes. I'm good at that.

Do you run FSX with AI Carriers installed? If so, this will work for P3D:
