CFS3 ETO exansion aircraft

Can anyone tell me how I can move aircraft to appear under their national flags so I can select them for quick combat etc.
eg; The tempest and Vampire are in the CFSE ETO expansion aircraft folder but do not appear under the Bristish flag.
They also dont appear in any missions which may be the problem.
