installing scenery replacement textures CFS3

Hi There, can anyone help me with installing scenery replacement texture into the original CFS3.Cant find a readme file with instructions.

Artmags_scenery_magic installation file says

"Instalation: Before installing back up the original scenery zip that is found inside the terains folder of CFS3
then  The scenery zip ot theses folder(s)(zip) can be placed as well to
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Combat Flight Simulator 3\terrains
to substitute the default you'll have to also delete the scenery.zx file inside that terain folder
before you start CFS3"
