Don't care it is a Toshiba. They use various parts and those parts are what matters

What is the CPU,
AMD what?
Intel what?

I believe whatever it is the CPU is a dual core 2.0GHX????
Yes?
2GB of RAM but what type: DDR400??? DDR2, DDR3, what???? It makes a big difference.
What is the video card??
Or, is it an on board GPU and if so what is it, 64MB, 128MB, 256MB, 512MB?
How about the HD space and type, SATA, IDE what is the cache value.

What settings are you running CFS3 at?
The display settings, what slider numbers have you set and what resolution? 800X600, or what???

Give us some more information so we can address your problems, please.
