Problem with "Flyby Mode"

Somehow the Flyby Mode has been messed up.
The view looks static and zoomed out.
So where can i find the cfg File or similar to correct this fault?
It looks like chicken,smells like chicken,tastes like chicken,but when Chuck Norris says its Beef...then damnit...its Beef!!!
