online play

does anyone else besides me have trouble flying online through combat three. i keep coming up with an error message. i have tried tuning off firewall and turning off my antivirus but nothing works. i called microsoft and they said they didnt support online play anymore from combat 3. does anyone have an answer to this problem ? thank to all :-?
