cfs3 multiplayer sever in Australia?

I have recently upgraded my internet connection to high speed cable and I now have for the first time a internet connection which is fast enough to go and fly online in cfs3. However I noticed the latency lag times of all the game severs that I see in the multiplay menu only have one red bar showing for lag time which is about 400ms.
I have tried a few games with this lag but I'm finding it difficult to play beacuse of the lag.
Does anyone know if there are any cfs3 game severs in Australia that I can use?
