CFS3 Mission Building Tutorial ??

Anyone know of a good CFS3 mission building/modifying tutorial? Or any tutorials for adding or modifying things in CFS3?
And does anyone have the old AvHistory B-17 Molly II (3us_b_17g.zip) file you can pass me?
