Why can't I find CFS3 Spitefuls?

Hi

Brand new here!
I was looking all overto find a single CFS3 Spiteful, but i haven;t found a single one. Strangely enough there are plenty for other microsoft flight sims and all of them say:

Compatibility: FS2002, FS2004, CFS2 FSX

Why only is CFS 3 left out, and where can I get a Spiteful?

If anyone can give me a hand I'd be extremely grateful

Thanks in advance.

Luke

Hi,

Perhaps nobody bothers to develop for CFS3 because it is such crap and the architecture is different.  :)

Tom.

Thanks for the replies.

I've had a look over on most of those sites (in fact I think I must have bled them dry by now).  ;D
I also have the excellent Spits from the JustFlight "Spifire" DVD. You guys have done some excellent moddeling and this was the first site I raider for the earlier war birds ("Emil"s and hurricanes).

As to the game being crap, well I think that that's a bit hasty. Sure the standard game is a bit low in the graphic department, but I'm not here to look at buildings!

Any ideas how I can convert the Justflight spits that don't work on CFS 3 so that they can? Or is there an option of converting the afore mentioned FSX Spiteful to CFS 3 Standards? (Perhaps looking at the air files and keying the results into my excel spreadsheet for CFS3 desinging?)

I don't know the difference in the files between the two as I don't want to waste several megs of dialup on a download that might be useless.

Thanks for all the help.

P.S. I got some problems wit one of Avhistroy's Spit XIV cockpits (had like this cracky effect). Have they fixed it, or is there a "cure"?

Thanks again
