multiplayer

Hi im new here, my name is scott gerbig and i fly some of the flight sims, combat, il-2 1946, just wondering how to get multiplayer to work right. I use  teamspeak for coms and fly witha good bit of guys there (ip on teamspeak is fsef.hopto.org) if you can walk
me through it. name on teamspeak is VMFA-112/tar_mac/. I cant seem to get more than 4 players on my sever at a time can any one tell me why.
