looking for menu?

fooling around,I came accross a sort of menu that would allow me to delete things like clouds etc. also there was a "skip intro" option. I've been unable to get back there....was i hallucinating? Will deleting unwanted stuff such as clouds make the rest of my game run better seeing as more "power" is going to other things? Sorry about my horrible use of terms, I'm pretty much computer illiterate......Thanks

Should be somewhere in your start menu.
If you can't find it there locate your CFS3 install folder and look for cfs3config.exe.
I made a shortcut for mine on the desktop.
