not sure if this is the right place to post this and it might be old news to some of you but a recent job posting from microsoft indicated that they are looking for software engineers to work on what is appearantly being called by some people...

"Combat Flight Simulator 4".

Just thought i would share what i found on the net late last night. any thoughts or news from anyone else?

I do not have any new news but I'am not surprise. I always thought that they where looking for a new Window before continueing with the project.

I just hope they will do the whole war and not just one theater or another. I hope they give us a world map with it a open structure format as before.

I will wait and see.

They have had enough time to give the best World war two Sim of all time.

Yep,  The offer was up at the same time the ACES guys were either getting whacked or reassigned, says more about MS's human resources department then CFS4

With MAW comming out....who needs CFS4? Besides...Microshaft will screw it up if the made another Combat Simulator. That's all we need...another way over modeled or under modeled sim with lawnmower sounds.
