Minor but annoying sound issue

For some reason, When issuing a radio to wingman command, or when wingmen reply to my radio commands, the 1st syllable is stuttered, whether American, British or German.

For example

"...A-a-a-a-a-attack!"  A rapid stutter that mimics one doing a bad impression of a machine gun  :)

I can't nail down the timing of just what may have caused this ( mods/downloads and such ) I've been using lots of AvHistory's 1% planes and never had a problem, and I do have the patch.

Anyone ever have this occur ( or heard of anyone who has...besides me? )

this should cure it

it preloads sound files before the mission loads so they are ready for use, but loading the mission will take a little longer
