Interesting Graphics Problem

Well, I think it's interesting anyway.  I've been offline for a while and just downloaded the patch for CFS3.  ow when I loadup the game I get this chap flickering up every now and then, this took ages to captue as it's only ever there for a split second:



The interesting thing is that I am now getting reflections and better FPS.  Any fixes would be good.  Cheers guys.
