CFS3 No-CD Patch

I have used the search function but did not succeed.So i'll post that one. Sorry if it has been postet allready.
I got my new CFS 3 today with the 2 CD's and installed around 1500 MBytes on my HD.
Now i dont want to put in my CD all the time is there a No CD - Patch around and where can i download that one?
Any help is welcome.
