CFS3 Install error - error wriing file

Hi, new sim, sweaty shaking fingers, shrinkwrap off, CD in drive, installl.......
Runs to 9% then hangs for a while and get an error writing to ..aircraft\ju_88\ju_88a_4.m3d - disk error or drive full.
Tried to remove it but get an error - file is busy
Copied CD to hard drive then tried again - error on one of the cab files.  Made copy of the CD, same error reading a cab file. Ha, stuffed CD, tried in two other PCs & installed fine. Got me. Compaq Presario 2500 2.4ghz P4 512mb ATI IGP 345 (know its crap!) 60gb. Have turned off Norton virus checker, stopped too many services, etc. Will appreciate help, just wanna fly the damn thing!
