Welcome to Simviation Snuffle! :) I doubt you can find super cheap joysticks at a great discounts, with the exception of used models.  Although you should be able to find cheap joysticks just about anywhere.

I'd say that's pretty accurate if you're looking for something dirt cheap (~$10).  You might just find a good one! ;)
