Well, that's just CFS3.  In my huble little opinion, this is one of the areas where IL2 beats CFS3.  Tracer and firing effects.  Oh well...  I'm sure there are effects available for downloading tho'.

I think I've nailed down the problem with CFS3.  The effects.  I downloaded one set of effects from that link you provided, Spock, and by golly, it's a whole new game! Haven't had this much fun, since, well... CFS2!

The last problem I have is the tracer smoke.  Is there any way to get tracer smoke and bullet casings as seen in IL2?
