cfs 3 cockpit displays???

hi there, new to cfs 3...... cant seem to get any views with a full instrument panel. i can get one but as i move my joy stick it only looks around the cockpit whil banking for example.... and instead of looking 0out of the canopy im looking at the side of the cockpit wall.

hope anyone can help

Welcomke aboard, Maverick.
There are two things you can do:
You can hit the scroll lock button on your keyboard, this will enable free panning with your joystick's hatswitch,
and you can get the wideview mod off this site, it adjusts the cockpit camera in your stock planes to a wider field of view.

Ok, before you start modding, best is to get the CFS 3.1 and 3.1a patches, if you don't already have them.
Get them here:

Note there are two version available, one for the unpached  and one for the patched CFS3.
