How to Install CFS3 No-CD Patch

I've downloaded the CFS3 No-CD patch but do not know how to install it in CFS3. There doesn't appear to be a "README" file so I'm still lost.

How do I integrate the "No-CD" patch

First back up your existing .exe file located in the CFS3 main folder and then paste the no-cd .exe in its place.
