A new Simulator has been announce and its call Pacific Fighter. Are you guys willing to give it try and give up on CFS3. I wonder. I for one Iam not going to give up on CFS3 for the time been but thats not out of the question since CFS3 has been a great disappointment for me.

This is the new Ubi soft game you are talking about right? Looks promising, but much too soon to get a real idea about it as it's not out until the Autumn. One thing I do like is the fact that the UK and Australia are included in this sim so you get to land a Seafire on a moving deck ;D

If it has the same closed architecture and the same silly FM's as the IL-2 series of games I won't waste my money again.

I'm afraid i'm with Mathias on this one. The IL2 sims always look promising but when you get them they always turn into a dissapointment. And this is obviously Ubi trying to steal sales from CFS4 before its even been released. :P

Is it just me or is CFS3 bashing getting really annoying.

Hmm, I missed the give up on CFS3 part.  I can't say that I play it much these days as I prefer IL2 FB for combat and COF for Civil.  But as for actual bashing...  It does have it's place in a fair and frank exchange of views.
