I have created a mission and wish to play multi player. I have sent the File to my freinds. they have installed it in the mission folder, what if.  That is were it is on my computer but when you initiate the game,CFS3 shuts down and I return to Windows and the online players get a dissconected from server. HELP !!!!!

First, no need to send the mission files to your buddies, only the host needs the mission file.
another crutial thing, all players need exactly the same aircraft and mods as the host or they'll be unable to join.
Have you tried with another mission?
would be a good idea to figure out if it's really a mission file issue or just a config thing.
Mabbe hosting a dogfight for testing?

Not sure it's relevant to your current problem - but MultiPlayer won't work with missions that have a 'facility' set as a mission goal!
