adding myself in the pilot profile

Is there some way to change any of the in the box profiles like milne lees or werner with my own?
And the pilot photos,is it possible to change it?

Ok this was a tough one,but i have actually been able to insert my name in the unlimitedpilots file and it now shows up instead of heinz becker.I tried to change the backround by replacing aachen with my place of birth,but that did not work.
I am curious if it is possible to change the pilot photo?

One of the NEK expansion pack addons deals with this and gives to step by step instructions. Wish i could remember which one however ???. Theres quite a bit of work involved but its worth getting them all if you can cope with the large downloads.
