I don't know what the exchange rate is AUD vs. USD but $79.00 AUD seems awfully expensive. Especially if it was an "original looking" bootleg. You can buy CFS3 here in the States from Amazon for $24.95 USD.

I'd mail the bootleg with as much info about where/when etc to M$, they'll either
a, Send the Police.
b, Send the Lawyers.
c, Do absolutely sod all.
d, Feel pity and send you a new copy of CFS3. - Naah this is M$ I'm talking about!  ;D

AU$79 ain't cheap.
