Call me a troll, but CFS3 is still nothing compared to the realism found in IL2 and IL2 FB.

Yes IL2FB may not have the open user interface found in the CFS series, but that is the only advantage that they have over FB. I've "converted" serveral friends who were die hard CFS players, hell I even played the hell outa these sims...till I bought IL2 two years ago.

I think MS should stick to is regular flight similator...which by all means is the best out there.

I disagree.  I'm sticking with CFS2 and 3.

il2 stayed on my machine less than a week.unlike every body else i find all that yelln' in russian very anoying
and the way the planes handled were very wierd to me
maybe 'cause the ms series are the only ones ive've played.1,2,&3
cept some old microprose ww1 stuff on dos and 95

I have IL2. And as good as it is I am still using CFS3. When I brought IL2 I thought it was the best thing ever. Then it slowly got boring. Then I uninstalled it. And thats how it stays. And also, there is little you can do in IL2 that you can't do with the CFS series.

IL2's beautiful, I really enjoy to admire the scenery as I fall from the sky's in yet another un controllable spin!  >:(

I'm happy with my well modded CFS2 install.

CFS3 awaits me getting a proper CPU and another 512MB 'o RAM...........

I find IL-2 very boring.
