Does anyone know if there is a fix to stop the retreating German airforce from fleeing to Switzerland thus ending my campaigne?

Fight better? If they retreat to Switzerland then they have been completely smashed and defeated.

Try attacking factories and production centers. Also the odd ammo dump on their front line when their launching an offensive never goes amiss.
