Game Installed today

Run the game for a few hours. Not sure about the graphics. I find the detail very poor, the ground looks like squares and few trees and some buildings. In flight action lacks any detail. Ive run at all settings and not much diffrence. FPS 30 to 70.
Surely this is not right what am I missing.
Its looks about the same as the 1st online multiplayer sim I played years ago Fighter Ace.
Also I joined multiplayer last night and there were a handfull of games with a few players in is there another lobby about to join?
Also the enemy planes looked like there flying in the ground and out again whats all that about?

Have you downloaded directX 9.0 from MS, and do you have the latest video drivers for your card?

er yea.
oh yea another thing whats them big tags above the targets how u get them smaller cause them a joke!

and whats worst in multiplayer the targets fly thru the  :(ground and out again!

Thats latency, nothing to do with the game, but yours, and the host's internet connection.

have you tried my tweaks ? they're on the cfs3 misc page... you mentioned the botty scenery you dont chage the display settings in the game, you do the from the Config , in the Program Files/M$ Games/CFS3/CFS3 Config, ....
 go to custom / and try my tweaks, zip .

Hi,

I had exactly the same problem with fs2002.
Tried everything to fix it and no luck.

Eventually I uninstalled the game then reinstalled it, that fixed the problem.
I can only think that something went wrong on the original install.
