CFS3 no CD Utility will not work

I downloaded the no CD using WinZip and unzipped into the main CFS3 folder. Does not work. I am using  the no CD utilities for both CFS and CFS2 without any problems. They sure speed things up. Can someone please explain proper install for this utility. Don't know what I am doing wrong. Thanks.

You should open up the main CFS3 directory in one window and open up the zip window in another. Find the original cfs3.exe and copy or send it to ,eg: My Documents. Then just click and drag the .exe from the zip into the directory and it should work fine.

i also downloaded no cd file and have tried every thing to get it to work  ??? but no luck   HELP  ::)

You should listen to what OZ posted above, when you unzip the file into your CFS3 folder it is in a folder of it's own. To make it work , copy the CFS3.exe to your main CFS3 folder and everything will be fine, CFS3 can't find it if you leave it in the nocd folder.
