A few questions on CFS3

I'm new to CFS3.

With that in mind, does CFS3 have a "recording" feature--that let's you record a mission or encouter--then play it back later (and view it from different perspectives)?

Also: Is CFS3 "trackIR" enhanced yet?  For some details, see http://www.trackir.com/

And what joystick(s) would you recommend I investigate (or purchase) for a game like this?

Unfortunately there is no recording or playback option for CFS3. I use MS Sidewinder Precision2 with twist action (for rudder) and a hat switch to change the POV. Any joystick would do fine though
