What do the Frontline Numbers Mean?

When a cursor is moved over a frontline square there appears a set of three nuimbers for the Allies and three for the Axis.   Based upon old board wargames, they may mean attack strength, defense strength, and some other thing for the third number.

Can anyone tell me exactly what they mean?  It would be very much appreciated as Microsoft is no help.
