Heya all.  I have CFS3 and joined this forum scnece cfs3 first came  out. Had some trouble with cfs3 al of a sudden for n o reason (crap framerates) and uninstalled it then went to play fs2k2, now I play fs2k2 cfs1, and VC and OFP.VC and OFP have been whats keeping me from flying.  :( I see ppl are still strugleing for more FPS and new patches come out scence the first one? Laters S~!

Hi Gunnerman, long time no see! In this forum anyways.
There have been no patches since the first one. Some people are still having problems, some aren't.
A lot of people have found that having more memory is curing their stutters. I just have to remember to switch of my anti-virus software, although I forgot last night and the machine crashed!

PS. If you are using XP don't get the SP1 pack, it really messes things up!

well it runs ok 4 me... I dont want to say perfect , but the 35 when really busy blazing with redtracers, in a crowd of other planes & clouds... to 50-62 in the clear blue ! ( using my tweaks )
I fly it with unlimited ammo, to allow for those stutterers on dial up .  But generally love the look and play of it. and on a mid to low end of the range of  systems I see posted about here.
Dont give up on it... I didnt like cfs2 after playing on cfs1 , until I figured out what to set it at !  now in -2 , I see 127fps on the low end, and over 200 high ( set at 3 with shadows ) I discovered the main difference , between 1 & 2 was the flight dynamics... now to -3 , a different set of rules, same issues... just be patient... all good things are worth the effort to get them straight.
