Playing the game.

I have just finished my first campaign...I won, of course, with many anti-ship missions.  This is getting to be boring!  I would like to hear from some of the experts out there.  How do you play the game?

I select missions on other squares.  I make sure that I only do three star missions and I don't really care whether I finish the campaign or not.  The longer I fly the better my pilot gets and the more medals I collect.
