patch worked/ no b-26

i installed the patch, everything worked well. mind , you must revert any mods to the game back to the original setup for the patch to install.  
 however, now the b-26 variants no longer show up in my aircraft menu.
anyone know anything on this problem?

Sorry Mate, I don't know of a specific problem in this area.
But with CFS3, if someone told me that their P.C. came alive and walked out of the room while this excuse for a Computer program was loaded, I would believe it.  ;D

All I can suggest is check the B26 folder and see if there is anything obvious missing (compared with the general contents of the other playable planes).

I'm pretty sure it's OK to do a RE-INSTALL in this SIM without gumming up the works, but you will have to reinstall the patch after.
Get another opinion though, before you re-install. I'm not 100% on it.

Read the posts....either you're using a pirated copy or running with no cd patch...
You must have the original CFS3.exe, then apply the 3.1 patch. Perhaps you have to reinstall...
If you have a legal copy, will work fine, it did with mine.
If you want to use the nocd patch you must got the new one for the 3.1.

Sounds like you folks are doing better than me...I cant get the update to work at all. It claims that it cant find the install directory and that the program must be loaded incorrectly, yet the game runs fine. I havent done any mods to the game. I've barely played it yet.
Anyone have any suggestions as to whats up? Also, should the CFS3 directory have an install directory? Thanks in advance.

Also lost the b-26...
I uninstalled the game, aplied the patch and the nocd crack for 3.1. No problems, its running fine.
And you can install CFS wherever you want.

Here's what I did.

I redownloaded the patch with out using a d/l accelorator. I replaced the 3.0 nocd crack with the original .exe. I then reinstalled the patch over the old one. the i started up CFS3 and every thing was where it should be and all. The 3.1 nocd crack also works.

thanks for the suggestions,  my drive actually crashed had to reformat anyways,  i reinstalled cfs3, installed the patch, aqm using the no cd 3.1crack, and all is well, b-26 too.
