Configuration Update at boot-up.

I'm wondering why Windows setup does an update to the configuration files everytime I open CFS3 (whether I actually play the game or just open and close it), exit the game, shut down my computer, and then restart the computer.  Normally, this only happens if you change system setttings.

Anybody else experience this?  Do you know what is going on?

This is happening to me as well.  I've notice that my screen resolution sometimes jumps up and sometimes down.  I haven't figured out why.  This did not happen until I installed the patch.

that happens to me too every time i reboot after playing, it says system configure files updating ,it did that before the patch and after,  also i cant use addons in multiplayer only stock
