I have a regular CD-rom drive and a CD-RW drive. I was surprised to see that I am able to use the RW as a regular drive.
Therefore, if any of my CDs ever explode and destroy one of my drives, I will still have one drive left over.
Right now, NONE of my CDs are cracked. They're ok.
Right now, my regular drive is making some wierd noises as I use it. So right now, I'm just using my RW drive in case my regular one EXPLODES instead of the CD.

I should have said this earlier, but I never knew that exploding CDs existed. Thanks for the warning.
