I don't think so. I have a Harrier myself in CFS3. The solution: use the AIR file from the Harrier in the FSX military 1st page, the plane is a VTOL because the AIR file makes the flaps drag to much. You also have to be very carefull because spending to much time as a VTOL makes your wings break because of the stress limits in CFS3. To get the Harrier model I guess you have to put a source file in gmax and then export to CFS3 because I'm having some trouble finding Harriers for CFS3
