Changing sides

Being fairly inadequate in the realm of sofware manipulation, I have a question that needs answering.

I am running CFS3.

I've downloaded a few addons that so far have been great. My problem is that I have no idea how to choose what part of the flight I wish to fly or how to switch from, for instance, US to German.

I could use some help.

Do you mean in mid campaign ?
A bit for a problem ! as far as i know theres no cure addon but do a google search i'd be interested to find out i you can
you'll just ave to run two or more campaigns, But theres loads of addons to keep you going
