VC hat switch pan speed control?

Is there a way to adjust the speed with which you pan your head inside the VC?
It seems on my new computer, my virtualhead moves so fast that I'm getting virtual whiplash!!  LOL

Also, my thanks to all on this fine board whose advice I'v been following as I built my new FS oriented computer.
