Refuelling and re-arming?

Hello all,
I've had CFS3 for quite a while now and since its runnung wonders on my new rig I'm flying it a lot again, its a great game.
However, I've always wondered how to get our aircraft refuelled and rearmed in the game? Usually after I land when out of ammo and fuel I taxi upto one of the seemingly fuel trucks, however, they just drive into me and blow up my hurricane..  ;D
Any help would be appreciated!

If you select unlimited weapons, you can rearm bombs, rockets and fuel pods in flight by hitting shift+J  ;D

You can't refuel you're plane, but if you have unlimited ammo selected, you will still run out of rockets.  To refill your rockets, their is a command, shift j or something, I don't remember exactly
