Distorted perspective?

Am I the only person who thinks that the perspective in CFS3 is distorted, or is this a case of 'the Emperors' new clothes'? For a good example of what I am talking about, look at the 'Grumman Hu-16 Albatross' in CFS3 aircraft. Does the Mk1 human eyeball really see the image like that or do I need laser surgery. This topic may have been covered already but I searched under 'perspective' and found nothing. Is there a fix for this condition?

There is no fix....somebody at MS mistakenly thought it looked good.

The fisheye would have been eliminated in CFS4 had it not died in development.  ::)
