I found Fire Power addon for CFS3 at a bagain price by pure Luck.

60 bucks is hardly a bargain.

Ive seen it for cheaper though, does it have any framerate impact?

I bought a copy when it was released.  IMHO an overpriced products. Lots of planes, but most of them
badly made and badly painted.  Only few exceptions. Anyway it's a matter of opinion...
