German and US stock aircraft facility files upload

German and American stock MS planes have been converted to facility files for placing as targets in mission builder. Separate downloads for each country. British planes file names are too long using the hex editor method.
Also, I forgot to fix the Ju88C-6 before uploading. It won't hurt anything, just won't show up if used. The A-4 looks the same so won't really matter.
Just uploaded them to Misc section.
Unzip them and drop them in the CFS3 Facility folder
