It can only be the Spitfire!  The most beautiful fighter plane ever made.  A VERY close second is the Mustang... ;D

:) Welp, I voted fer the Spit, & the Mustang.......the two greatest & prettiest fighters of all time(IMHO) But I must say that the Spitfire just has a certain "thing" about it that makes it so special. ;)
So sad though that it's designer died before it made it's claim to fame, but so have so many other great designers, artist's and writers. Just as much though, it's so good that their work did not die with them. 8)
