;DDownloaded groundforcs 110 recentlely nad afew others (b17way cool 2 hurricanes)found new recpect for 110s they are hard to get at .they spawn now in my missions looking for that spit so i can do bob
having trouble laoding down loaded misions they dont show up

Yeah, I wish one could set different skills for pilot and reargunner.
However, the reargunners in the up and coming nightfighter batch will be somewhat toned down.

Having just ordered John Weal's volume on the Bf-110 in the Osprey "Aircraft of the Aces" series, I really am delighted that Mathias and Crew are making the nightfighter version available.

Will the dials be illuminated?

Probably, my personal opinion of the Groundcrew is they do thing right, and most importantly, make it beautiful!  He-111 anyone?  You can't release a plane for CFS3 and not have light up dial.  Of course they'll be. ;)
