Looking for some advise

I have a AMD Athlon  2000+ 1.7 GHZ prcessor

NVIDIA Geforce4 MX 440 Ver. 6.14 64MB Video card

and a decent sound card.  

    And I too can't seem to get this game to run well.  I have tried a few tweeks.  Some really annoying russian crap software fixes (Riva Tuner ect.)

Game seems to have great potential, but just what do you have to have / do to make it work.
