German markings

Is there a chance to activate the historical german markings on the tail of the german planes???
I have the german Version of the game....

I guess you mean you want Swastikas?

Well, as you'll know, the Swastika can't be used in Germany, so M$ had to miss it out completely, as they did in CFS1.

Although, there might be new textures you can download off some sites...I know you can get replacement medals with the swastika...third party repaints will likely have swastikas.

In my personal opinion, M$ left out the swastika because it may offend some people. I personally am not offended by them, gives a nice target to shoot at  ;D, but there are fanatical church and race groups that would probably sue Microsoft for such a seemingly little thing.

However, if you do want some historically accurate aircraft markings, there are several places you can download them. Here at SimV of course but there are some CFS3 repaints at www.sim-outhouse.com and there are many good repaints and excellet original aircraft available at www.avhistory.com
