Plz HELP! Game Won't Start!

OK, just installed the game.  Put on a "NO CD Crack" Try to play the game and screen comes up with "Microsoft Combat Flight Sumulator 3" and some planes and WW2 pilots pictures.  That's it!  The little hourglass comes up on the mouse arrow, then goes away, returns after aprox 15 sec, then goes away agian.  Nothing else.  No flight sim game, nothing!  ???
Please Help Guys!  I love flight sims and I was really looking forward to this one.

Really really want to play this game, already looked through the previous forums, can't find any help!
Think it's my GF4 drivers?? But i just got this computer (like 2 weeks ago)!  ( Shouldn't the drivers be up to date?)  ???

My advice would be to un-install the game, remove the no CD crack and then re-install and see if that helps.  You certainly have a system that should run it.  

Have you run the CFS3 Config program.  It won't run witout this being run first.

OK, I did the config thin again and installed direct x 8.1 off the game CD.
Well, it started running, but now everything is in German or some other language and when I went to do a flight, there were only patches of groung in a void of blue around me and the game was barely working.  About every 30 seconds the crap on the screen would change around.  The cockpiy was ugly as hell too.

G'day Darcy...  go to the SimV , CFS3 Misc. Page... and get the Complete Zip file there.... it has the best starting point for any system , and picture to "show you how" to get it to run.
I also reccommend that you get the 43.82 NVidia drivers for that card, or even the newest , 44.03 ! out. and go to Microsoft , and get the DX9a ( direct X 9.0a  )  it'll make the world of difference.

Well, I installed the new 44.03 drivers and the Direct X 9.0a.  I can start the game if it's in safe mode, but the actual flying part is still screwed up.  Can I download the entire game off of this site?  If I can, I will do so because I think that I may have just gotten a really crappy download.  Plz, help me out and give me some directin as to where I can find it.
